Scanning:

• Create the 3D model with the method you choose. For best practices we recommend Matterport. Take several scans in the center of the room in a grid pattern. Scan then click export and buy the Matterpak bundle which is $59. The Matterpak bundle gives an obj file. Email us the file at support@ivris.ai, and we will edit and update the model then send it back.

• If home isn't empty. Export 360 images to redesignhome.ai. Each image costs money to clear all furniture from image. Import empty home images to phone. Use Matterport app and create a new scan by selecting upload 360 images then selecting 3D scan. 50 cents per photo or less depending on redesignhome.ai subscription.

Each property includes: 3 unique AR staged layouts (styles/colors) - designer support to help agents & buyers visualize the space - AR capability: agents/buyers can walk through and take photos with home staged - furniture purchase upsell (5% back to agents).

Option 2: Subscription Model

Best for high-volume photographers who want the lowest per-property costs and to make augmented reality staging part of their default workflow.

With our platform, you can turn every listing into a premium package for agents or save them on expensive staging costs. Start with credits for flexibility or choose a SaaS plan for maximum profit. Either way, you pay wholesale, resell at $499, and keep the profit.
