How difficult is it?

You handle scanning with Matterport and send us the Matterpak model, then we do the designing. We'll teach you how to guide clients in aligning their furniture within the home.

How does it work?

You scan with Matterport and send the Matterpak model. We will provide the QR code and a sticker alignment on the floor. Give this QR code to your client and place the alignment sticker on the floor where we direct you, then show them how to align the furniture.

Why not just use virtual photos?

Photos help the "click," but IVRIS helps the sale. Standard virtual staging disappears once the buyer enters the home; IVRIS is the only tool that keeps the "model home" vision alive during the actual walkthrough.

Is this legal?

Yes, you can show the home staged with augmented reality, but uploaded photos need labeling as directed by your region on the MLS. Furniture commissions are legal as long as it isn't a requirement of sale. Please read your local laws.
